This family…what can I say? They are just so much fun, and you can see it in the photos. This family is full of awesome personalities and no shortage of laughter and fun in their family. We met up in Old Town for a quick morning shoot, and I love the shots we captured. I am so lucky to have them as friends and clients and as an AMAZING teacher for my youngest! Miss Heather, you are wonderful! Thanks for inviting me to capture your amazing family. You guys rock.
Last fall I had a great evening engagement session in Denver with Lindsay and Dan. We walked all over downtown and chatted the whole time. It was so fun to get to know them better. These two are so easy and fun to be around and I can’t wait for their gorgeous wedding at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in September. These two lead very busy lives as they both are wrapping up their residencies, but they have done an amazing job of lining up all of their wonderful details of their wedding on their days off,… Read More »

It was such a blast to be part of Carrie & Michael’s intimate wedding day at Chautauqua Park in Boulder. Their day was perfectly “them” from the minute it started. I loved how Carrie and Michael were totally focused on each other and their love for one another throughout the whole day. They weren’t superstitious about seeing each other before the ceremony, Michael breezed in and out of the Morning Glory cabin after his run as Carrie was getting her makeup done. They each enjoyed pre ceremony time with their family members who came into town to join… Read More »
More catching up! Here are some of the beautiful families that I was fortunate enough to photograph on the second day of mini sessions at the the AMAZING Laughing Buck Farm. I mentioned this before, but it’s worth repeating because Laughing Buck Farm is a gem tucked right here in Fort Collins. And if you haven’t been there yet to check out their delicious fresh eggs of their amazing goat soaps, or to have your kids take part in their farm programs…then head there right now, you won’t be disappointed. They are amazing and the classes… Read More »
A highlight of every fall is when I get to do Portrait Mini Sessions. It is the time of year when I get to reconnect with families, some I have seen and others I haven’t since the previous year. I love seeing the growth and changes in the kids and I love meeting a few new families every year. Since my wedding season extended into October this year, I did not have a lot of time for full sessions, so I am so glad that I was able to squeeze in two jam packed days at… Read More »
I am finally catching up on the past year. 2014 went by in a blink and it was filled with so many amazing clients! So, I will try to give you a glimpse into the past while we look back at some fun shoots! I had the unbelievable privilege to work with some of Fort Collins’ incredible high school seniors. These seniors warmed my heart. They are beautiful people on the inside and out. Each of them have different goals and directions and I can’t wait to hear where they all end up. It is such… Read More »

One more feature from around the web, from the amazing ladies at Distinctive Mountains Events. Jamie & Brian’s wedding at Timber Ridge Lodge in Keystone went off without a hitch (even when rain threatened to ruin their outdoor ceremony) much in part by the fabulous work of their wedding planners Ebs & Johnna. Head on over to Distinctive Mountain Events site to check out some of their favorite photos from the day and all the wonderful services they offer. I am thrilled to be working with them again next summer on a wedding in Breckenridge!
Another wonderful post from a favorite person of mine to work with- Jessica Adler of JA Special Events. It was such a joy to work with her on Vanessa & Jason’s Red Rocks wedding earlier this summer. Be sure to head on over and check out what Jessica has to say out Vanessa & Jason’s beautiful wedding day and look at all of the amazing services she offers for event planning!
