Some stories just make you realize the power of the human spirit (and dog spirit!) These three certainly have had their share of curve balls thrown at them in recent years, and I am so honored that they invited me to share in their celebration of everything they have overcome! Jen has worked hard at getting into shape. She works out with the fabulous Fast Forward Sports in Boulder and through all of her hard work and dedication she has lost the equivalent amount of weight of a sixth grader!! And in her words…”who is… Read More »
Maybe in a few years I’ll be able to say I knew her when! This beauty needed an updated head shot for her acting and modeling agents…and I had the great privilege of shooting it for her. Wow is it fun (and easy!) to work with someone who knows just what to do in front of the camera!! Thanks for sharing those beautiful eyes and smile with me!
I had the wonderful privilege of spending a gorgeous evening with Lauren. She is a senior this year and will be graduating spring 2010…with hopes of heading off to nursing school! It was so fun to work with her-what a great subject! Thanks for seeking out fun places with me in Old Town Fort Collins!
Soon there will be a third little one to run around and have fun with. And boy do these sweeties know how to have fun! I adore all of the funny faces that kids make. Thanks for inviting me to capture the tenderness between siblings. I look forward to meeting the new addition.
After having to reschedule once due to rain, we crossed our fingers and hoped that we wouldn’t get rained out a second time. Success! It was a cloudy, but beautiful evening for photographs. What a stunning family you have! Thank you so much for allowing me to be part of your moments and capture your gorgeous girls & gorgeous family.
Little Raven was ready to enter this world- 5 weeks early- to her mother’s surprise!!! But she is a healthy beautiful little angel. Thank you for inviting me in during the first days of Raven’s life to capture your sweet newborn baby girl. What a doll! Again…I must have the opposite effect of sleepy fairy dust- because Raven had no intention of sleeping at all during the two hours I was there to visit. And this one is for Jim! And here is a sneak peek of what storyboards can look like.
It was such a fun morning in Minneapolis. What a treat…combining work with vacation! I adore going to new places in which I have never shot. You feel as if you have endless ideas because all of the sites are new to you and you see them with fresh eyes. We enjoyed a beautiful morning around Lake Harriett. What a gorgeous city with so much to offer. I adore Colorado but I sure wish we had more lakes to play in. Thank you so much for spending the morning with me!!
What an unbelievable evening we had. Thank you for taking time out of your summer schedules right before school starts-yikes, I can’t believe it is time already. What an absolutely gorgeous family. Thank you for tromping through the grass with me (mosquitoes and all!)
Oh how I love newborn photography! They are just so cuddly and TINY! I had the great privilege of meeting little Andrew the other day, what a doll. I must be putting off a vibe that is keeping these darling babes awake because during the last two newborn sessions we tried all the tricks and the little ones just wanted to keep their eyes open and take in the world around them. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of this special time!
I had the great privilege of sharing the afternoon with Jackie and I can’t wait to share another afternoon with Jackie and Jim and their new little girl in about a month!!!! Jackie- you are radiating with joy and happiness. I am still, even after having one of my own, in awe of the human body and its abillity to create these wonderful miracles!! Thank you again and I can’t wait to meet her! P.S. Jackie happens the be the youngest of thirteen children- yes 13!!! Jackie-is this the beginning of another 13???
