Last weekend it was brought to my attention by a potential client that my contact form was not working. She said she sent me an email through it a few months ago and never heard from me. Yikes! We finally made it!  The weather cooperated with me (not the Haugos) and brought some rain so that the wheat harvest was delayed. I have been dying to see harvest for 6 years…and this year we were able to time it right- and we were even able to ride in the combines! I am catching up after a brief hiatus to California.  It was a wonderful respite. I actually sat and read a book- something I love to do, but never get the time to enjoy!  Here is a snippet of our vacation seen through my iPhone.  I tried to leave the camera behind most of the trip and enjoy life through my eyes and not a camera lens. It was a fun challenge.

Minnesota, Vail, New York City, New Haven & Philadelphia! It has been a whirlwind through the holidays and the beginning of January….but it has been terrific! Here are two images from our trip out East. The first one was shot with my handy iPhone out of the window of the train as we passed by New York City. I love the quality of the light. Magical.
