This beautiful family welcomed a little sister into the family. Luckily mom made it to the hospital JUST in time for her arrival! Big sis is doing a great job sharing the spotlight. These two are growing up way too fast (and that means my kiddos are as well, since they are buds!). You may remember these sweeties from this shoot back when she was just about 6 months old and he was around 3. But here they are now! As cute as ever. What a beautiful family inside and out!  Even though it took us awhile to find a date that would work for our portrait session… we lucked out (despite the 98+ degree weather and the High Park fire haze) with the perfect evening! I had so much fun with Alicia and Crystal of Bella Fiori and the very talented RJ Kern of kern-photo in my own backyard (and garage!). Alicia had a wonderful idea of featuring floral headdresses on her amazing floral blog flirty fleurs, and to top of the week she had to try on these beautiful pieces for herself! These little guys are just edible! You may remember big brother from our family shoot about a year ago. At that time his mom and I were both early in our pregnancies and we were comparing notes on nausea and exhaustion. And still today we are comparing notes about exhaustion, this time due to interrupted sleep! I had a great time meeting their newest addition. Seriously, could he get any cuter? We were able to squeeze in a photo session before their travels take them out of the country yet again. Just as they get re-settled into the American life, they are off to life “down under” later this year (so fun!)
