Baby O makes 3! (actually 4 including Annie)

July 25, 2013 | Portraits

What fun it is to see the evolution of a family, honestly it’s one of the best parts of my job! I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph Lindsey & Jeff’s beautiful wedding at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge and then when they contacted me last fall I was thrilled to hear that they were now living in Colorado and were expecting their first child. When we met in January for their maternity session, their family had already grown by one. Miss Annie dog was their first great addition. And now when we… Read More »

A Chill in the Air

October 14, 2012 | Portraits

Boy was there ever a chill in the air for our shoot…yet we braved it! Thank you to this adorable family for braving the cold and heading out with me to get some family photos of all of you together. You may remember Kelley and Jason from their beautiful Telluride wedding 3 years ago.  Kelley is an amazing photographer herself…so she takes lots of fabulous photos of her brood…but she needed to be in some herself (I know that struggle all too well). Has it been?

September 4, 2010 | Portraits

Could it possibly have been another year? This amazing family is one of my favorites (because I am lucky enough to call Megh one of my besties!), but it is so hard for me to believe that another year has slipped by. Is that possible? Well, yes…in the chaos that is called “life”…I can see why a year slips by before our eyes, without us really noticing.  Honestly, I think that is why I love photography so much.  It forces me (us) to capture moments in the craziness of life, in order to document time… Read More »

Splish Splash!

August 3, 2010 | Portraits

I had a wonderful evening in Denver photographing this darling family. You may remember these beautiful girls from last year…now they have a little brother to join in the fun. And check him out- he is a cutie! They had a great idea to meet at their pool for some fun family portraits.    And then we had to hit the pool! Thank you for such a fun idea and a wonderful evening! Enjoy the few remaining days of summer.  Best, Rachel
