Some of you know that our extended family will soon include another professional wedding photographer RJ Kern of Kern Photo. We can’t wait to add him to our family. We welcomed our new baby girl into our family on November 5th, 2011!  Everyone is happy, healthy and enjoying this time together as a family.  Our oldest is loving her new role as a big sister…and I am loving my new role of mother of two little ladies! I will be limiting my use of the computer over the next few months so that I can cherish this time. So if there is a delay in getting back to you, I apologize…but I promise you will hear from me soon!

Well, it may be getting a little quiet around these parts over the next few weeks/months. We are gearing up for the arrival of the newest Olsen, any day now… literally.  We are waiting on pins a needles (with lots of anxiety on my part) to meet this newest bundle. So if you are trying to reach me, and there is a delay… just know that I will return your call or email, it just may take me a little longer than normal. I have a lot of work and blogging to catch up on after returning from Maine, but last night we took some time to enjoy a phenomenal meal prepared by Meadow Lark Farm Dinners, hosted by Oxford Gardens Farm in Boulder.  It was so nice to slow down for an evening; enjoy amazing food, wonderful company and gorgeous surroundings.  What a treat.

The Olsen Family has exciting news!! We are expecting in early November! Our daughter is overjoyed at the prospect of being a big sister (she has been asking for “her own baby” for about 9 months now!) and we are thrilled to be adding another sweet little being to our family. Last weekend it was brought to my attention by a potential client that my contact form was not working. She said she sent me an email through it a few months ago and never heard from me. Yikes! Well, not really! It may have been quiet on the blog recently (sorry for that!) but on the back end- in real life- it has been VERY busy! We finally made it!  The weather cooperated with me (not the Haugos) and brought some rain so that the wheat harvest was delayed. When I am not behind the camera for you, I am usually behind the camera for me! I can’t seem to put it down, and for that reason our daughter is going to grow up either loathing the camera or ignoring it since she is so use to it.
